Along my Journey to 135, I discovered Keto dieting. Eating protein and veggies seemed fairly easy, however I had a hard time adjusting. I quickly discovered that Keto would not be for me.
However, one day, I had a craving for a Starbucks drink. I did not want to ruin my diet with a super sugary drink, so I inquired about Keto friendly drinks. To my surprise, Starbucks was on the same page. They introduced me to a few Keto friendly drinks, but one stood out.
It stood out like Beyoncé in Destiny’s Child.
It stood out like a bad weave at a Bonner Brothers Show.
It stood out like Jacob and his Coat of Many Colors.
You get my drift.
It STOOD OUT!
The drink is simply called…
PINK DRINK.
A beautiful pink concoction made of only a few ingredients.
Tea.
Coconut Milk.
Fat Free Vanilla Syrup.
I ordered the cutesy drink.
It stood there in all of its creamy, dreamy, spring-like glory!
It tastes like a pink starburst. I kid you not!
And the best thing is.
It’s picture worthy.
Instagrammable!
I’m kidding (maybe).
It’s actually pretty good for you.
Much healthier than a lot of the other Starbucks specialty drinks.
I like this drink so much that I started making it at home. Saving money is always a plus!
(Side Note: I prefer the regular Pink Drink vs. the Keto Pink Drink)
So please, head over to Starbucks and ask for the Pink Drink or the Keto Pink Drink or save a couple dollars and make it at home.
Starbucks Pink Drink: How To Order
- Ask for a Strawberry Acai Refreshers Tea.
- Instead of water, ask for coconut milk.
- 2-4 Pumps of Fat Free Vanilla Syrup (depending on how sweet you like it).
- Strawberries or blackberries (optional).
Let me know what you think!
Cheers!
I tried this yesterday!!! I was so sad when it was gone so quickly. I ordered a grande. Your judgment is on point! I’m a creamy girl

Yes indeed!! Mine disappeared quickly as well. That’s why I found the recipe and began making it at home. They are so refreshing especially on a nice Spring/Summer day.
